You cannot complete the application for financial aid until October 1st of SENIOR YEAR. Here is more information about Financial Aid:
- Financial Aid - The first day to file the FAFSA form is October 1st. Complete this form by February 1, 2020 to ensure you meet the priority deadline. More information and to APPLY for federal student aid, such as federal grants, work-study, and loans is available at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
- Completing and submitting the FAFSA - this is free and easier than ever, and it gives you access to the largest source of financial aid to pay for college or career school. In addition, many states and colleges use your FAFSA information to determine your eligibility for state and school aid, and some private financial aid providers may use your FAFSA information to determine whether you qualify for their aid.
- FAFSA Pin - The FSA ID allows students and parents to identify themselves electronically to access FSA Web sites. While you are not required to have an FSA ID to complete and submit a FAFSA on the Web application, it is the fastest way to sign your application and have it processed. It is also the only way to access or correct your information online, or to pre-fill a FAFSA on the Web application with information from your previous year’s FAFSA.
